We regret to advise that our clinic will permanently close as of 5:30pm on Friday 23rd September 2022. We would like to thank you for your support over the years.

Continuing your care

We will continue to take appointments up until 23rd September; however, from that point, you will need to find a new doctor. Your medical records will be securely held until you choose a new doctor. Please refer to the steps below to have your medical records transferred to your new clinic.

For privacy reasons, patient records cannot be released directly to patients. However, if you would like our friendly reception team to transfer your healthcare records to another practice, please complete a transfer request form (see the steps below).

TO TRANSFER YOUR PATIENT RECORDS

Step 1: Contact your new clinic and request a transfer of medical records form.

Step 2: Complete the form and sign it.

Step 3: Your new clinic will need to email this request form to us at brightondoctors@bettermedical.com.au

Step 4: We will liaise with your new clinic and facilitate the records transfer.
